Support

Every message you send is read by a person. We respond within one business day on weekdays, and within two days on weekends. For urgent veterinary matters, please contact your local 24/7 hospital first.

When to reach out

  • The app is not working as described.
  • You received an unexpected bill or want to review a subscription.
  • You've found a translation or copy error (especially in Turkish, Russian, German or Japanese).
  • You'd like your data exported or your account deleted and need help.
  • You have a feature proposal we should consider.

Fastest routes

Email support@vestrapet.com with:

  • Your account email, if different from the sender address.
  • The device, operating system and app version (Profile → bottom).
  • Steps to reproduce, what you expected, what happened.
  • One screenshot if visual.

Medical emergencies

VestraPet is not an emergency line. If your pet is in distress, dial the emergency number for your country, or use the Radar tab inside the app to reach the nearest 24/7 animal hospital. In Türkiye, the general emergency line is 112.

Privacy incidents

If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, email security@vestrapet.com immediately. We will acknowledge within 24 hours.
