What to include
So we can help fast, please include: your account email, your device and OS version, the app version (Settings → About), what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. Screenshots or a short screen recording help enormously.
Response times
- General help: within one business day.
- Privacy requests: within 30 days, sooner where local law requires.
- Security reports: triaged within 24 hours.
Veterinary emergencies
VestraPet is not an emergency service. For urgent veterinary care, contact your nearest 24/7 hospital. The app can surface options nearby — open the Radar tab.
