Data export

Your VestraPet records are yours. You can download a complete, machine-readable archive of every pet profile, every timeline event and every uploaded document at any time.

What you get

• A ZIP archive containing JSON files for every pet profile, owner data, timeline events, training logs, vaccination history and triage results.
• All originally uploaded documents in their native format (PDF, JPG, PNG).
• A README explaining the schema and field meanings.

How to request

In the app: Profile → Legal & support → Export my data. The link is generated within minutes and emailed to your account address. The link is single-use and expires in 7 days.

Format

JSON, UTF-8. ISO-8601 timestamps. Stable field names. Documented schema in the README. Suitable for re-import into any system that respects open formats.

Frequency

You can request an export as often as you like. We rate-limit to one request every 24 hours per account to avoid accidental abuse.

Cost

Free, on every plan, forever.

Legal basis

This implements your right of access under GDPR Article 15, KVKK Article 11 and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions.
