Data export

Your VestraPet records are yours. You can download a complete, machine-readable archive at any time — ZIP of JSON records, PDFs of vaccination passports, and the original images you uploaded.

What's included

• All pet profiles, purposes and certifications.
• Timeline events — vaccines, medications, vet visits, scans.
• Visual triage results and model metadata.
• Training logs and module progress.
• Wallet pass payloads and handoff history.
• Account profile fields and preferences.

Format

A single vestrapet-export-<date>.zip containing:

• /pets/<id>.json — one file per pet.
• /events/<pet-id>/*.json — timeline events.
• /scans/<pet-id>/*.json — triage results.
• /media/ — original images and documents you uploaded.
• /profile.json — your account data.

How to request

1. Open the app, go to Profile → Legal & support → Data export.
2. Confirm your identity with the prompt we email you.
3. Within 24 hours (usually a few minutes) you'll receive a signed download link, valid for 7 days.

By email instead

If the in-app flow is unavailable, email privacy@vestrapet.com from the address registered on your account. We respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR and KVKK.
